| Niro Career Services was founded by Naimah Spann and Rondelynn Bell, the designers behind Niro Couture. The designers of Niro Couture exploded on the scene when their designs caught the eye of world-renowned opera singer Adina Aaron and their designs were featured in Ms. Aarons’ Carnegie Hall appearance of Franco Zefferelli’s production of Aida. Inspired by their own experiences as teenagers trying to fit their unconventional styles into conventional environments, they developed a program that would allow them to teach young adults through the art of creative expression.

NiRo has put a tremendous effort into developing a strong team of individuals that share the same visions of respect, enthusiasm and work ethics.
